Your dentures are important to the way you look and feel. That’s why it’s important to maintain dentures and ensure they perform at their optimum so you can perform at your best.
A regular check-up with your Denturist is the most effective way for your and your dentures to get the care and attention you both deserve.

Customer Service and Policy

We guarantee a well-fitting, pain free and functional denture or your money back. However, satisfaction may vary in between patients. We will ensure that every setback, will be accounted for, within reasonable means. Our staff will educate all of our clients in regards to maintenance of their appliance to set out a long lasting product.

50% down payment is required before starting treatment
Consensus must be given in contract by client before commencing treatment
Patients will be given 6 weeks if they decide refund their denture (80% of total treatment cost)
We will not be responsible for appliances that has been tampered with outside of our practice
Clients will not receive their appliance if not fully paid
Cheques that have not been certified will not be accepted
Dentures may be financed upon credit and asset assessment
Procedures outside of our scope of practice, will be charged by the appropriate practitioner
If demands are not met, patient may be referred to another specialist
